- You are a dental patient and we collected your information directly from your dental provider;
- You are a representative of one of our business partners and we collected your Personal Information in a business transaction; or
- You are not a patient or representative of a business partner and we collected your Personal Information.
Dental Patient Information.
As a provider of dental lab products and services, we do not sell products or provide services directly to patients. Instead, we receive patient data directly from dental providers in the course of providing our products and services to the dental providers. To the extent you are a dental patient and we received your information from your dental provider, you do not currently have rights under CCPA. Your dental provider may be required to provide you certain privacy rights under federal and state law. Dental Providers or Other Business Partner Personal Information.
Glidewell collects Personal Information from dentists, their representatives, and other business partners as part of a business-to-business transaction. This means that we collect Personal Information from employees, owners, directors, officers, and contractors of dental providers or other business partners when we are doing business. To the extent you are an individual providing Glidewell Personal Information in a business-to-business transaction, you do not currently have rights under CCPA.
Effective January 1, 2023, you may have the right to request additional information from Glidewell about your Personal Information. Glidewell will update its notice related to such rights when they become available.
Personal Information That is Not Patient or Business Partner Information.
The Personal Information we collect other than dental patient information or business partner Personal Information, includes personal identifiers, geolocation data, and internet or network activity data. We collect this information directly from visitors of our website and use it to analyze site traffic, optimize site performance, and improve our services. We may share this information with service providers who help us give you a better user experience.
In addition, we may collect Personal Information like your name and contact information if you submit a complaint or a question about any of our products.
